Information About Child Recipients

A parent, guardian, or adult gift purchaser may provide limited personal information about a child recipient, including the child’s name, mailing address, and details needed to personalise and deliver the Stone & Scribe experience. We may also collect the receiving parent or guardian’s name and email address when the experience is purchased as a gift.

We collect this information from the adult completing the signup or checkout process, not directly from the child. We use it to personalise, prepare, mail, administer, and support the Stone & Scribe experience.

Our signup, checkout, and account forms are intended to be completed by parents, guardians, and other adults. Children should not submit personal information directly through these forms.

Gift Purchases

When Stone & Scribe is purchased for a child in another household, the purchaser may provide the child recipient’s information, mailing address, and the receiving parent or guardian’s contact information. The purchaser confirms that they are authorised to provide this information for fulfilment, communication, and support purposes.

The receiving parent or guardian may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of the information associated with the gift, subject to legal, financial, and fulfilment requirements.

Payment information

Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor. Stone & Scribe does not directly store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive and retain limited transaction information, such as the purchaser’s name, billing details, payment status, transaction amount, subscription status, and partial card details provided by the processor.

Website and device information

When someone visits our parent-facing website, we may automatically receive information such as:

• Referring website or campaign

Stone & Scribe is designed for children, but purchases, signups, and account-related forms are intended to be completed by adults. We do not knowingly request children to submit personal information directly through our checkout or account forms.

We do not sell children’s personal information.

We do not use advertising cookies, Google Ads remarketing, Google Signals, or behavioural advertising technology on child-directed Archive pages.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to us without appropriate adult involvement, please contact us. We will review the request and delete the information when appropriate.

Stone & Scribe does not provide Google with a child’s name, mailing address, or personalized subscription materials for advertising purposes.
